Each phase of this mentorship integrates somatic awareness, psychological inquiry, and mindful rewiring—inviting you to reconnect with your body, soften the patterns of urgency, and restore your natural rhythm of presence and creativity.

Month 1: Landing – Reclaiming the Body, Understanding the Mind

In our first phase, we create space to land.

What unconscious patterns keep me rushing away from myself - how can I begin to come home?

We begin by working directly with the nervous system through grounding practices, breathwork, and somatic awareness. At the same time, we gently explore the unconscious beliefs and internalized expectations that keep you in cycles of overextension and speed.

You’ll learn how chronic stress shapes mind-body patterns—and how you can begin to interrupt these cycles with conscious awareness and compassionate presence.

Month 2: Listening – Hearing the Body and Heart

Having landed, we deepen into listening.

What messages within me have been waiting for my attention?

You’ll develop a refined awareness of your internal landscape—learning to differentiate between the body’s true signals and the noise of habitual anxiety or conditioned urgency. Together, we explore how emotions, needs, and intuitive guidance speak through the body when given the space to emerge.

Month 3: Softening – Meeting Resistance with Compassion

Here, we meet the tender places within.

Where can I soften without losing my strength or purpose?

We explore the psychological parts and protective mechanisms that resist slowing down—perfectionism, overachievement, fear of stillness. Through somatic compassion practices and gentle inquiry, we create space for healing without force or judgment.

Month 4: Remembering – Reconnecting to Joy and Nourishment

With greater inner space, we remember what brings life.

What sustains me at the deepest level?

This phase reconnects you to sources of vitality—creativity, joy, ancestral wisdom, and intuitive knowing. We explore what nourishes you beyond productivity and cultivate practices that sustain your energy and meaning over time.

Month 5: Rewiring – Living from New Neural Pathways

Finally, we integrate and rewire.

Drawing on neuroscience principles, we work consciously to strengthen the new mind-body patterns you’ve begun to inhabit—building resilience, inner coherence, and a more authentic pace of living.
We translate inner clarity into new habits, relational shifts, and leadership rhythms that support your well-being without sacrificing your purpose.
